AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MINORS FROM 17 YEARS OLD BELOW TO DRINK INTOXICATING LIQUOR ANYWHERE IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as intoxicating liquor ordinance of 1992.
Section 2
All minors from 17 years old are prohibited to drink intoxicating liquor anywhere in this municipality.
Section 3
All store owners are prohibited to allow minors to drink any intoxicating liquor in their establishments. They are also prohibited to sell intoxicating liquor to minors.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than six hundred (P600.00) pesos, but not more than one thousand (P1,000.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, but not less than three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after the posting of this ordinance at two conspicuous places in this locality.
