A CURFEW ORDINANCE OF 1992.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the Curfew Ordinance of 1992.
Section 2
Youths from 20 years old below are prohibited to roam around the municipality from 9:00 o’clock in the evening to 4:00 o’clock in the morning, except when legitimately roaming an errand on emergency cases.
Section 3
Youths who are pursuing legitimate purposes, like fishing and/or during the municipal and barangay affairs, and exempted from this ordinance.
Section 4
If minors from 17 years old below commit crime, the parents are made answerable for them.
Section 5
Any violations of this ordinance shall subject the violator to an imprisonment of not more than 30 days or a fine of not mote than P100.00. or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 6
Any ordinance or parts thereof, inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 7
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
