AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR PERSONS TO PUT UP A STALL WITHIN THE RADIUS OF FIFTY METERS FROM THE COCKPIT, SCHOOL PLAZA, PUBLIC PLAZA, OR IN ANY OTHER PUBLIC PLACE, WHERE GATHERING IF BEING HELD, TO STORE, TO RIDE, AND TO SELL ALL KINDS OF INTOXICANTS, LIKE TUBA, BEER, RHUM, DATU, LA FUERZA, ETC.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, that:
Section 1
It is unlawful for any person or persons who may put up a stall within the radius of fifty meters from the cockpit, school plaza, public plaza or in any other public place, where gathering is being hold at store, hide and sell all kinds of intoxicants, like tuba, beer, la fuerza, rhum, etc.
Section 2
Any stall owner or owners found in violation of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of twenty-five pesos or imprisonment of ten days at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1969.
