BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN, PHILIPPINES, that
Section 1
This Ordinance shall be called CLEARANCE.
Section 2
Any person or persons who shall request the Municipal Judge clearance of his/her record or records from the docket of the justice, from the Chief of Police clearance of his/her record or records from the police blotter, from the Collection Agent of the Bureau of Internal Revenue of his/ her accountability and or obligation and or obligations, from the Municipal Treasurer of his/her obligation or obligations as to land taxes, etc., and from the Rural Health Doctor as to his physical condition or conditions, shall pay one pesos (P1.00) each clearance issued by such Office concerned.
Section 3
That the one peso (P1.00) mentioned in Section 2 shall be paid in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer and is a requisite in the issuance of the same.
Section 4
All Ordinances and part thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5
This Ordinance shall take effect on March 8, 1968.
