BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled:
Section 1
That the naming and/or renaming of streets shall take effect immediately;
Section 2
That it is unlawful for any person or group of persons to tamper, remove, or change the names of streets herein renamed before the lapse of 10 years by virtue of this ordinance;
Section 3
PENAL CLAUSE: That any person or group of persons who shall violate the provisions of Section 2 hereof shall be imposed a fine of not less than P500.00 nor more than P1,000.00, or an imprisonment of not less than one month nor more than two months, or both, at the discretion of the court;
Section 4
That any provision inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed and/or revoked;
