AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING BILLIARDS AND OTHER FORMS OF GAMBLING IN THE MARKET AND PREMISES.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the billiards ordinance of Catarman for 1989.
Section 2
No billiards and other forms of gambling are allowed in the market and premises.
Section 3
Billiards may be installed in the municipality, provided that it should be at least one hundred (100) meters from any school, any public building or church.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation to this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of two hundred (P200.00) pesos or an imprisonment of twenty (20) days, or both at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or part/parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance are modified accordingly.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after posting.
