AN ORDINANCE DECLARING EVERY AUGUST 15 AS FOUNDATION DAY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN CAMIGUIN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, in its regular session, the above-captioned ordinance:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Foundation Day of Catarman, Camiguin.
Section 2
August 15 of every year shall be declared as Foundation Day of the Municipality of Catarman, Camiguin.
Section 3
August 15 of every year shall be declared as non-working local holiday of the municipality of Catarman, Camiguin.
Section 4
Repealing Clause. Any ordinance or parts thereof on contravention with this ordinance are hereby repealed and rescinded.
Section 5
Effectivity. The ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
