AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING/EXPUNGING SECTION 40 OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, SERIES OF 2001, ADOPTING THE INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURES FOR THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan, of Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session the following:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Amendment of Ordinance No. 6, series of 2001.
Section 2
Section 40, of Ordinance no. 6, series of 2001, which provides that no personnel, under the supervision of the executive branch of government, of the local government shall be entertained before the Sanggunian, in session, unless official request, duly noted by the Honorable Municipal Mayor, has been forwarded to the Office of the Sanggunian prior to the day that such personnel desires to appear, in hereby omitted or rescinded.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
