AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A FINE TO ANY ABLED CITIZEN LIVING WITHIN THIS JURISDICTION FROM THE AGES OF 18 TO 50 WHO FAILS TO COOPERATE IN ANY PROJECT UNDERTAKEN BY THE AO COUNCIL AND INCLUDING PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN AT THE PRESIDENTIAL ASSITANCE ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT SUFFICIENT AND VALID GROUNDS WHEN SUCH SERVICES IS DULY REQUESTED.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council, that:
Section 1
Any able male citizen in the community where he lives from the ages of ages of 18 to 50, shall be required to cooperate by giving his free service to the community once a week in any project or projects undertaken by the Bo. Council and the Presidential Assistance on Community Development.
Section 2
That the Bo. Council Treasurer is authorize to collect such fine and shall become part of The Bo. Council Fund.
Section 3
Any able male citizen from the ages of 18 to 50 who shall fail to cooperate by giving his Free services once a week on any project or projects undertaken by the Bo. Council and The PACD shall be fine of not less than P1.00 and act more than P5.00 or an Imprisonment of one day.
Section 4
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
