AN ORDINANCE REGULATING ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF NIGHT CLUBS, CABARETS, DANCING SCHOOL, PAVILIONS COCKPITS, BARS, SALOONS, BOWLING ALLEYS, BILLIARDS POOL AND OTHER SIMILAR PLACES OF AMUSEMENT WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
It is prohibited for any person or persons to establish, maintain, and operate within the Municipality of Catarman, nightclubs. Cabarets, pavilion or other similar places a radius of two hundred lineal meters from any public, buildings, public plaza, schools, hospitals and churches, and for dancing school, bars, saloons, billiard pools, bowling alleys and other similar places within a radius of fifty lineal meters from any public buildings, public plaza, schools, hospitals and churches.
Section 2
This ordinance shall not apply to cockpits already license and operating at the time of the approval of this ordinance.
Section 3
That persons found violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be penalized for not less than P100.00 but not more than P500.00 or an imprisonment of not less than one month but not more than 6 months or both at the discretion of the Court.
Section 4
By existing ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is deemed repealed.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect 10 days after its approval.
