AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 5, SERIES OF 1962, OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN SUBPROVINCE, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, REDUCING THE LICENSE FEES OF COCKPITS IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
The following taxes, charges, and fees are hereby imposed in this municipality, upon cockpits specified hereunder, and shall be collected in accordance with the following schedule of rates.
SCHEDULE C – BUSINESS AND OCCUPATIONS TAXABLE WITHOUT LIMITATION AS TO RATE.
Schedule: Kind of business, privileges or occupation, amount of tax, & period.
C-6 : COCKPITS
a) Centro : P600.00 : per annum
b) Barrio : P400.00 : per annum
Section 2
REPEALLING CLAUSE – Any other ordinance or parts thereof which are inconsistent
With the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3
EFFECTIVITY - This ordinance shall be effect upon its approval.
