AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 5 SERIES OF 1964, OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN FIXING THE LICENSE FEES OF COCKPIT IN THIS MUNICIPALITY, PARTICULARLY PARAGRAPH 6 AND SECTION 3, THEREOF.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin that:
Section 1
The following taxes, charges, and fees ate hereby imposed in this municipality, upon cockpits and shall be collected in accordance with the schedule of rate:
Schedule: C-4
Kind of business, privileges or assumption: Cockpits
Amount of tax: P800.00
Period: Per annum
Section 2
REPEALING CLAUSE : Any other ordinance or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3
EFFECTIVITY : This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
