AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A FEE OF TWO PESOS (P2.00) FOR EVERY BOX (STANDARD SIZE) OF LANZONES TRANSPORTED OUT OF THIS MUNICIPALITY.

Section 1

This ordinance shall be known as the Lanzones Fee Ordinance.

Section 2

All persons transporting lanzones out of this Municipality shall pay a fee of P2.00 for every box of lanzones to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer before the same boxes are transported.

Section 3

Any violation of Section 2 of this ordinance will subject the violator to a fine of not more than TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P200.00) or an imprisonment of not more than ten days (10), or both, at the discretion of the court.

Section 4

Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or part thereof inconsistent of his ordinance are hereby revoked or rescinded.

Section 5

Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
