AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING PAYMENTS FOR FEES AND CHARGES OF THE DIFFERENT BUSINESS OPERATIONS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session, the above-entitled ordinance:

Section 1

This ordinance shall be known as business operation ordinance for 1996

Section 2

There shall be imposed payments of fees and charges for the following business operations within the municipality of Catarman, in addition to the payments of regular clearances:

1) 4ks, 3ks and Vulcan:

Franchise  -  P200.00/annum

License  -      50.00/quarter

2) Motorelas:

Franchise -  P200.00/annum

License    -     25.00/quarter

3) Motorized sikads:

Registration  - P 120.00/annum

License  -      20.00/quarter

Permit to drive

(for drivers)   50.00/annum

4) Trisikads:

Registration  - P 60.00/annum

Permit to drive

(for driver)  -    20.00/annum

5) Mayor’s Permit

(transient businessman)  - P200.00/annum

6) Meet vendors - P100.00/quarter

7) Butchers Fee  - P  50.00/annum

8) Medical Clearance  - P15.00

Section 3. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less then one thousand five hundred (P1,500.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of the court and revocation of business permit thereof.

Section 4

Any ordinance or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.

Section 5

This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
