BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan the enactment of the following ordinances:
Section 1
The Catarman Poblacion proper is hereby named a commercial sire, Puti and Punta being residential places; Upper Poblacion is agricultural sitios, such as Kidag-um, Sisiman and the rest of the sitios covered by the territory of the Poblacion;
Section 2
That the Barangay of Looc being far from any public building and where the flowing clean water of Dinangasan river is situated and the beautiful dikes constructed by the government about ten or more years ago is hereby declare an amusement place; its upper place being agricultural;
Section 3
That the barangay of Liloan is a residential place;
Section 4
That Sto. Niño proper is hereby name Tourism Area due to its wonderful natural spring recently covered into a beautiful swimming pool; its sitios being agricultural;
Section 5
The barangay of Manduao is hereby declared an agricultural area;
Section 6
Along the highways of the barangay of Compol, Panghiawan, Lawigan, Catibac and Bonbon are hereby declared residential places and their upper places are declared Agricultural, the barangay of Bonbon where part of the Camiguin beautiful volcano stands and the remains of the Roman Catholic Church is located in addition is declared a Tourism Area;
Section 7
The barangay proper of Bura is a residential and commercial place and its various declared an agricultural place;
Section 8
The barangay of Mainit is both residential place (Mainit proper) and some two kms. from the barangay where the Tuasan Falls is located is declared a tourism area; its sitios are hereby declared agricultural;
Section 9
Along the highways of the barangays of Tangaro and Alga are declared residential places, its upper places however, are hereby named agricultural;
Section 10
Any provision or any ordinance inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed and/or revoked;
Section 11
This ordinance takes effect immediately.
