AN ORDINANCE GRANTING INCENTIVE TO ANY NEWLY ESTABLISHED ECO-TOURISM-RELATED BUSINESS, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as business incentive ordinance of 1997.
Section 2
Any newly established eco-tourism-related business venture in the municipality of Catarman shall be exempted to pay business license for the first three (3) months of its operation.
Section 3
Any newly established eco-tourism-related business shall be collected the Mayor’s business permit fee and other clearance upon the start of its operation.
Section 4
Newly established eco-tourism related business referred in this ordinance shall include the following:
4.1 Restaurant
4.2 Beach resorts/cottages
4.3 Lodging/pension houses
4.4 Other eco-tourism-related business
Section 5
Repealing Clause. Ordinance No. 7, series of 1994 and all other ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
