AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ENTRANCE FEE FOR EVERY PERSON USING THE BURA SODA SWIMMING POOL, WHICH IS LOCATED IN LUMAD, BURA, CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, assembled, the following:
Section 1
TITLE. This ordinance shall be known as “an ordinance fixing the entrance fee at Bura Soda Swimming Pool”
Section 2
FEES. All persons gaining entry to the Bura Swimming Pool shall be charged an entrance fee of Five (P5.00) Pesos per person per five (5) hours stay and/or usage of the facility and/or additional P1.00/hour in excess of five (5) hours.
Section 3
EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
