AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MOTOR VEHICLES DRIVERS TO RUN AT FULL SPEED AND OR AT SPEED MORE THAN REASONABLE WITHIN POBLACION LIMITS, AND IMPOSING PENALTY THEREOF.
Section 1
Any person or persons is subject to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 2
No motor vehicle or vehicles shall run at the speed more than 10 miles per hour within the Poblacion limits and from the house of Mr. Emeterio E. Jacot to the house of Mr. Carlos Kho.
Section 3
Violation of this ordinance shall be a fine of no less than P50.00 and not more than P200.00 and imprisonment ranging from 1 day to 6 months or both at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
