AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR OWNER OF BICYCLE TO ENTER AND PUSH OR RIDE BICYCLE INSIDE AND AROUND THE PUBLIC MARKET OF THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
Any person or owner of bicycle is hereby prohibited to enter and push or ride his bicycle inside and around the public market – for not only that the bicycle will disturb the vendors and purchasers but they will also block the ways inside the public market and thereby causing trouble;
Section 2
PENALTY – Any person or persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than One (P1.00) Peso and not more than Five (P5.00)Pesos or imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days nor more than Ten (10) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
EFFECTIVENESS – This ordinance shall take effect Fifteen (15) days from the date of approval.
