AN ORDINANCE LEVYING THE AMOUNT OR TWENTY PESOS PER ANNUM TO OWNER OR OWNERS OF SIDE CAR ATTACHED TO A MOTOR-CYCLE ENGAGE IN TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
Any person or persons, association or corporation engage in transportation business within this municipality by the use of side car attached is a motor cycle shall after complying the provisions of Municipal Ordinance No. 7 Series of 1968, pay a municipal license fee of twenty pesos per annum.
Section 2
That payment shall be made in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
Section 3
That after payment is made, the Municipal Treasurer or his duly authorized representative shall give plate number for the said side-car.
Section 4
That passengers allowed shall be six only excluding the driver.
Section 5
That is the official receipt showing payment shall also appear the plate number of the said side-car and the murder of passengers allowed which is six, excluding the driver.
Section 6
Any violation of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of five pesos or an imprisonment of the day or both at the discretion of the Court.
Section 7
This Ordinance shall take effect April 8, 1969.
