AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL DRIVERS OF PASSENGERS VEHICLE LEAVING OUT THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN TO MAKE A TEN MINUTES STOP AT THE CHECK POINT.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin Philippines, that:
Section 1
It is unlawful of any driver of a passenger vehicle leaving out the municipality of Catarman, province of Camiguin, and going to other municipalities of Camiguin Province without passing the check point and have a ten minutes stop before preceding its trip.
Section 2
Any driver of a passenger vehicle found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of twenty pesos (20.00) or imprisonment of five (5) days, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Any ordinance the provisions of which are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
