AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AN AMOUNT OF FIVE CENTAVOS TO ALL AC, PUB, PUG, AND PU PASSING THE TERMINAL AND REQUISTING ALL AC, PUB. PUG, AND PU TO PASS THE SAID TERMINAL.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin that:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be called as PASSING FEE.
Section 2
All passenger cars, such as AC, PUG, PUB and PU entering the Municipality of Catarman frm Mambajao to Catarman, via Sagay, upon reaching the Poblacion shall pass from the National Highway to Basmayor street, then to Along St. and to Basa St. to the National Highway toward Bonbon and all passenger cars, such as AC, PUG, PUB and PU entering the Poblacion of Catarman from Mambajao via Bonbon and going to Mambajao, shall pass the Basa St. toward tha Mindanal Sea than to General Luna St, to Basmayor St. then to the National Highway going to Mambajao.
Section 2
All cars mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance shall pay the amount of twenty-five centavos each day of passing at the terminal on Basmayor St.
Section 3
PENALTY: Any driver or drivers of the cars hereto mentioned violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall be fined in the amount of ten pesos or imprisonment of two days at the discretion of the Court.
Section 4
EFFECTIVITY : This ordinance shall take immediately.
