AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DRIVERS OF LAND TRANSPORTATION NOT TO LOAD CARGOS, WITHOUT A PERMIT SECURED BY THE CARGOS OTHER FROM THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER OR HIS DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN, CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN;
Section 1
Any person/persons or entity who wishes to transport boxes of lanzones, bunches of banana and boxes of mangoes from this Municipality to another Municipality shall first secure a permit from the Office of the Municipal Treasurer or is duly authorized representative.
Section 2
Any drivers of land transportation who will transport cargos like boxes of lanzones, bunches of banana, and boxes of mangoes shall first asked the owner of these cargos if those owners had paid the cash ticket fee from the Office of the Municipal treasurer or his duly authorized representative.
Section 3
Any drivers of land transportation found violating the provisions of this Ordinance is subject the fine of not less than P50.00 and not more than P100.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 30 days and not more than 3 months or both at the discretion of the court of jurisdiction.
Section 4
Any ordinance inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby revoked and/or repealed.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
