BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan, Catarman, Camiguin,:
Section 1
Any PUJ/PUB vehicle parking in the parking place of this Municipality of Catarman, Camiguin shall pay a parking fee of seventy five (P0.75) centavos for the PUJ and one (P1.00) peso for the PUB per day.
Section 2
The payment of the parking fee of the PUJ/PUB vehicle shall be collected by the Municipal Treasurer or Authorized representative.
Section 3
Any PUJ/PUB operators referred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance found violating the provision hereof shall be fined not less than (P10.00)pesos and not more than (P30.00) pesos; or an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days or more than twenty (20) days/or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
Any ordinance which is inconsistent with any provision of this Ordinance is hereby repealed,
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
