BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CATARMAN, THAT:
Section 1
It shall be unlawful for any person/persons using sledge or any other unwheeled equipments (balsa) used to haul and/or transports lumber, copras, bamboos and other agro-products, to use or pass through the barangay, municipal, provincial or national roads within the municipality of Catarman;
Section 2
Any person/persons found violating this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than P300.00 but not more than P500.00 or an imprisonment of not less than one month but not more than three of an imprisonment of not less than one month but not more than three months or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
Section 3
Any ordinance inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
