BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN, that:
Section 1
It shall be prohibited for all passenger vehicle to load passengers and cargoes exceeding the capacity it can carry no determined by the Bureau of Transportation per and as reflected in their capacity marking.
Section 2
It shall be prohibited for all passenger vehicles to load passengers at the roof top of the vehicle thereby exposing passenger’s lives to hazard and danger.
Section 3
Violation of this ordinance shall subject the transportation operators drivers and the conductors of these vehicles to a fine of not less than P300.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 15 days or both at the discretion of the Court.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its approval.
