AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11, S. OF 1988, SETTING THE SPEED LIMIT OF VEHICLES IN THE TERRITORY OF CATARMAN.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the Anti-Speeding ordinance.
Section 2
All vehicles entering Catarman from the Punta-Puti bridge down to Barangay Looc and from Barangay Looc to Punta-Puti bridge should have a speed limit of twenty (20) Kilometers per hour.
Section 3
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos, or an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
All previous ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby amended, revoked, or repealed, as the case may be.
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
