AN ORDINANCE GIVING 50% SHARE OF THE TRANSPORTATION FEE TO THE BARANGAY THAT CAN CATCH LARGE CATTLE AND HOGS TRANSPORTED WITHOUT PERMITS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the Part Barangay Transportation Fee ordinance of 1988.
Section 2
Every barangay that can catch large cattle and hogs transported without permits shall receive 50% of the transportation fee therefore.
Section 3
All ordinances or part/parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby amended, revoked, or rescinded, as the case maybe.
Section 4
Penalty. Anybody found violating this ordinance shall suffer a fine of Two Hundred (P200.00) pesos or an imprisonment of ten (10)days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days upon its approval.
