This ordinance shall be known as an Ordinance Amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 6 of 1989.
Section 1
Section 3, of Ordinance No.6, series of 1989, is hereby amended to read as follows.
All drivers of utility vehicles, not parked within the designated area, are considered violating Ordinance No, 6 series of 1989, and subject to the penalty imposed under Section 5.
Section 2
This amendment shall take effect upon its approval.
