AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING THE NATIONAL ROAD BETWEEN DOMINGO CHAVEZ AND FAUSTO DUGENIO STREETS TO ANY MOTOR VEHICLE DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Traffic ordinance of 1989.
Section 2
Any motor vehicle is prohibited to pass the national road, from Domingo Chaves street down to Faustino Dugenio Streer, and vice versa. During school hours.
Section 3
Any person or persons removing the traffic signboards without authority shall also be punished.
Section 4
Penalty. Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined of not less than one hundred (P100.00) pesos nor more than five hundred (P500.00 pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
