AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14, SERIES OF 1989, PARTICULARLY SECTION 2, AND ADDING NECESSARY PROVISIONS TO THAT EFFECT, RE: AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY BETWEEN CHAVES AND DUGENIO STREETS DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
Section 1
This ordinance amends Section 2 of Ordinance No. 14, series of 1989.
Section 2
Section 2 of the above-mentioned ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows:
“All motor vehicles coming from the northern side of the municipality shall right turn at Dugenio Street to Pablo Magtajas Street and shall turn left to Domingo Chaves Street. Like wise, all motor vehicles coming from the southern side of the municipality shall turn left at Chaves street to Magtajas Street and shall turn right at Dugenio Street or may proceed to Procopio Rañin Street.”
Section 3
The municipal streets mentioned in this ordinance shall be closed immediately up to June 1991, during school hours.
Section 4
This ordinance shall be take effect immediately.
