AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE FARE RATES OF MOTORELA PLYING WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF CATARMAN.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the motorela ordinance for 1990.
Section 2
The fare rates for motorela are as follows:
Section 2a
P2.50 for the 1st kilometers plus P0.50 for every kilometer thereafter, and P2.00 for the 1st five kilometers plus P0.40 for every kilometer thereafter for students, respectively.
Section 3
This ordinance is subject to modification, depending upon the price of oil in the market.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the offender to a fine of not less than P100.00 and not more than P500.00, or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
