AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING/OBLIGING ALL DRIVERS, WHOSE VEHICLES ARE LOADED WITH ANY KIND OF CARGOES COMING FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, TO STOP OVER WHEN REQUIRED BY ANY REVENUE COLLECTION CLERK OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN, FOR COLLECTION OF FEES PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan, in its regular session, the above-entitled ordinance:
Section 1
All drivers, whose vehicles are loaded with any kind of cargoes coming from the municipality of Catarman, shall be obliged/required to stop over when required by any Revenue Collection Clerk of the Local Government Unit of Catarman, Camiguin, for collection purposes.
Section 2
Penalty Clause. Violation of this Ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than one thousand (P1,000.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Repealing Clause. All ordinance shall take effect immediately.
