AN ORDINANCE REROUTING THE TRAFFIC FLOW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, DURING ITS ANNUAL TOWN FIESTA CELEBRATION FROM AUGUST7-17, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session, the above-entitled ordinance:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Traffic flow ordinance of 1995.
Section 2
The traffic flow of the municipality, from August 7-17, 1995, shall be rerouted as follows:
2.1 Vehicles plying from Mambjao, Camiguin via the old volcano shall pass through the national highway, left turn to Pablo Rodrigo street. Then right turn to Zenon Murillo street and right turn to Clemente Quiblat street going to the Municipality of Sagay;
2.2 Vehicles plying from the northern part of the municipality shall pass through the national highway, right turn to Clemente Quiblat Street, then left turn to Zenon Murillo Street and another left turn to Pablo Rodrigo Street going to Mambajao, Camiguin;
Section 2 Vehicles shall be permitted or allowed to pass by at the public market, for the purpose of loading and unloading cargoes, provided that the same vehicle shall only stay at the stated area for the duration of loading and unloading such cargoes.
Section 3
There shall be designated temporary parking area during the above-mentioned period at Pablo Rodrigo corner Zenon Murillo Streets to judge Tomas Banaag Street to Ubaldo Gaa Street, this municipality.
Section 4
Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than P500.00, or an imprisonment of not less than 10 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Any ordinance or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance shall be repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect on August 7, 1995, and shall be automatically revoked on August 18, 1995.
