AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE ZENON MURILLO STREET, FROM FAUSTINO DUGENIO TO FIRST SANGGUNIANG BAYAN STREETS, THIS MUNICIPALITY, DURING THE SB SESSION AND COURT HEARING, RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session, the above-entitled ordinance:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as traffic rules and regulations ordinance of 1995.
Section 2
All vehicles shall be prohibited to enter the Zenon Murillo Street, from Fausto Dugenio to First Sangguniang Bayan streets, this municipality, except on emergency cases, during SB sessions and court hearing, respectively.
Section 3
There shall be installed no entry signs along the above-mentioned municipal roads, this municipality.
Section 4
Penalty Clause. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of P500.00 or an imprisonment of three (3) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
