AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE PARKING AREAS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan at Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session, the above-captioned ordinances.
Section 1
The ordinance shall be known as parking areas ordinance of 1998.
Section 2
There shall be designated legitimate parking areas for public utility vehicles in the Municipality of Catarman, Camiguin, to wit:
2.1: For PUJ, 4X5, 3X5, MULTI-CABS, AND SIMILAR VEHICLES PABLO MAGTAJAS STREET
2.2: For Habal-habal, MOTORIZED SIKADS AND MOTORELAS ONE LANE OF P. RAÑIN STREET, FROM THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY DOWN TO PABLO MAGTAJAS STREET.
Section 3
The Catarman Philippine National Police and/or Traffic Officer shall be authorized to assign what lane shall be utilized of this ordinance.
Section 4
Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall subject the violators to a time of One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos, or thirty (30) days imprisonment, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
All previous ordinances in contravention with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded:
