AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES IN THE PUBLIC MARKET, THIS MUNICIPALITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, in the regular session, the above-captioned ordinance.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Traffic Rules and Regulations Ordinance of 1998.
Section 2
There shall be provided loading and unloading areas for public market, this municipality, to wit:
LOADING AREA
2.1 FOR PUJs
BOUND FOR MAMBJAO in front of the public market
FOR BENONI in front of Bitas’ Store
2.2 FOR 4KS, 3KS & MULTICABS
BOUND FOR MAMBAJAO in front of the public market
(next to the PUJ)
FOR BENONI in front of Bitas Store
(next to the PUJ)
FOR MAINIT in front of the public market
(next to the 4k/3k multi-cab)
2.3 FOR MOTORIZED SIKADS,
TRI-CYCLES MOTORELAS - P. Rañin street, beside the public Market
UNLOADIING AREAS
2.4 FOR PUJS, 4KS, 3KS, MULTICABS
MOTORIZED SIKADS, TRICYCLES AND MOTORELAS
FROM BENONI in front of Farmacia de la Rosa
FROM MAMBAJAO in front of Petron Gasoline Station
22.4 LOADING AND UNLOADING AREA FOR HABAL-HABAL
At its parking area
Section 3
Motorelas. Tricycles and Motorized Sikads shall be prohibited to load and unload at the area fronting the public market.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall subject the violators to a fine of five hundred pesos (P500.00), or an imprisonment of six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect ten days after posting and proper discrimination.
