AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING CITATION TICKET FOR EVERY TRAFFIC VIOLATION COMMITTED IN THE PUBLIC MARKET OF THIS MUNICIPALITY.”
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session, the above-captioned ordinance:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Citation Tickets Ordinance of the Municipality of Catarman of 1998.
Section 2
There shall be issued citation tickets for every traffic violations committed as provided for in Ordinance Nos. 1 & 2 both series of 1998
Section 3
The corresponding amount for every citation ticket issued shall be based on the penalty provided in Ordinances Nos. 1 & 2, which are One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos and Five Hundred (P500.00) Pesos, respectively.
Section 4
The PNP Officer assigned to man the traffic in the public market shall be authorized to issue citation tickets for all traffic violations committed in the public market.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All Previous ordinances or parts thereof in contravention with the provisions of this ordinance shall be denied repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after posting and proper dissemination.
