AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10 SERIES OFF 1995, RE DECLARING PORTION OF JACOT BROTHERS TO PROCOPIO RAÑIN STREETS FROM THE JUNCTION OF PABLO MAGTAJAS STREET TO THE SEA, AND PORTION OF TOMAS CLAUDIO AND PABLO RODRIGO STREETS FROM THE JUNCTION OF THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TO THE SEA AS DEAD-END AND TO CLOSE SUCH PORTION PERMANENTLY, TO BE CONSIDERED AS LAND RESERVE OF THE MUNICIPALITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin in the regular session the following:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as amendment of Ordianance No. 10 Series of 1995.
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 10, series of 1995 shall read as follows:
“Section 4 Penalty Clause. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of Five Hundred (Ph500.00) the first offense, One Thousand Five Hundred (P1,500.00) Pesos, for second offense and Two Thousand Five Hundred (P2,500.00)Pesos or an imprisonment of (30) to sixty (60) days, or both, at the discretion of the court for third and succeeding offense”.
Section 3
Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the approval
